No. We work on sole or open agency; we'll explain what each means for you and you choose.
For lettings, normally one month's rent on a 12-month lease. For sales, a percentage agreed before we start. Both are paid only on completion.
Yes. We already represent new pool-villa projects in Hua Hin, and present each home to the clients it suits.
That's fine on an open agency. Tell us the price you've agreed with them so our clients see the same.
